Flashark's DPF and CAT delete pipes are a valuable addition to your performance upgrades. Moreover, Flashark's EGR delete kits restore unrestricted airflow, resulting in improved power, efficiency, and overall engine performance. Flashark also offers EGR delete kits specifically designed for EcoDiesel engines. By removing the EGR system, you can eliminate carbon buildup in the intake manifold, improving engine performance and responsiveness. Unlock the full potential of your EcoDiesel engine with the Ram EcoDiesel EGR Delete Kit. This kit is specifically engineered to enhance air intake, reduce exhaust gas recirculation, and improve overall engine performance.
We provide high-quality parts for specific use cases, including racing, off-roading, and performance events. Our kits are designed to seamlessly integrate with your vehicle’s existing emissions system, ensuring a perfect fit and optimal performance. We carry products like the performance DPF 6.7 Cummins kit and the high flow DPF Duramax kit, among others. Our DPF delete kits are engineered for those who demand the best from their vehicles. Removing the DPF can significantly increase horsepower and torque, reduce fuel consumption, and lower exhaust gas temperatures.

Yes, deleting these systems often results in better fuel efficiency, with some users reporting gains of 3-5 MPG. EGRs have been around for decades, but have evolved with new technology. EGRs used to be a crude system - some using an orifice jet between the exhaust and intake tracts that admitted exhaust to the intake tract whenever the engine was running. That changed in the early 1970s when under certain conditions, you controlled an EGR valve by a manifold vacuum opened or closed to admit exhaust to the intake tract only. When automakers learned more about EGRs and gained experience, control systems became more sophisticated.
Sounds really nice at WOT, and the tone is very deep at idle. Was decently made, electric motor has held up nicely from water over the past few months. Assembly was straight forward, but there were more parts included than the instructions had said. Definitely trust this site and will do business with SPELAB again. If you don’t tow and aren’t looking for crazy power, then we would probably suggest keeping your DPF and emissions equipment. If you do tow frequently then there is a better case for a delete since towing is a huge cause of problems for the EcoDiesel.
